My idea of happiness and satisfaction is staying in luxury and doing whatever you feel like. It was for the first time that I was visiting Birmingham with my family and I wanted to make sure that everything was splendid and met my comfort level.

I wanted to make sure that I do not land in any problem after I reach there, so I made an advanced booking from Kolkata itself.

I made my decision of booking a luxury suite at Hilton Garden Inn after reading the reviews of customers who have already been there. I must say, the comments were true to the words. The hotel is one class apart and provided us all necessary things in an extra luxurious manner. The distance of the hotel from the Birmingham International Airport is just 20 minutes away and is located near the New Street Station.

The hotel is huge and consists of 238 rooms altogether. All the rooms were luxurious having polished floors and walls painted with warm color. Rooms were fitted with cable television sets, temperature controller, and hair dryer, weighing machine, tea/coffee maker, thermo flask and complementary fruits. The cordial ambience and spacious rooms replete with all modern amenities and provide its guests with a cozy lodging. The aura of the rooms filled the mind and soul with cheerful delights.

Other than these, Hilton Garden Inn, Birmingham also sports a beautiful swimming pool, a boutique, multipurpose spa and gym center. Other essentials like first aid kit, travel help desk, multi-cuisine options, concierge, front desk and bar services are also provided to the guests of the hotel. The upscale hotel provides the dazzling service of tea lounge, bar, variety of restaurants and pastry shop.
There is Wi-Fi connection available in the room which keeps the dwellers occupied with internet throughout the day. It was actually a boon as it helped us a lot to located different places of the country beforehand and select the destination which we wanted to visit on the next day!
